Welcome to our new Chef Loïc Rapart. He works with us since the beginning of the spring at the "Jardins de La Cloche". After having started as commis Chef with Joël Robuchon in Paris, he continued his carrier in London at the Hilton. Thanks to bis great experience, he opened his own restaurant in Dieppe. Still in Normandie, Loïc became Chef in a 4 stars luxury "Belle Ile sur Risle".
Native from the North of France, he has recently chosen to settle at the Sofitel Dijon La Cloche. His aims: carrying on and improving the quality of the "Jardins de La Cloche"'s cooking.
